Commencing my career as an apprentice carpenter and joiner, I am a Chartered Builder who holds an MBA with the Open University Business School (OUBS). An acclaimed international speaker, facilitator, and writer, I have become renown for using creativity to enable innovation and business improvement. This has led to undertaking notable assignments, including the MoD's Strategic Defence Review and the UK's major Rail Programme, High Speed Two.

For over a decade I have tutored on the OUBS MBA programme. My engaging and motivational approach has brought me personnel invitations to perform for the likes of Oxford University Innovation Ltd, the International Criminal Court in The Hague and HULT International Business School.

My unique story-teller communication style; developed through learning and practicing both Improvised and Stand-Up Comedy, has also come to prominence through my voluntary work as a Community Ambassador for the Movember Foundation. A survivor of prostate cancer, I am a passionate advocate of improving the 'Quality of Life' for its victims. I have also lost two life-long friends to suicide; hence I undertake numerous high-profile media assignments and corporate speaking events for the Movember Foundation.

A past Chair of The Chartered Institute of Building's International Research and Innovation Panel and the current Chair of the London Constructing Excellence Club, some of my other credits include keynote speaker for the 'London Build' Exhibition & Conference, and the 'Leading European Architects Forum' (LEAF). I have also authored: 'Give Peace and Conflict a Chance; my Personal Voodoo' for the acclaimed personal development book, 'My Voodoo' (Firth and Carayol, 2002); 'Power Facilitation', a chapter in 'Business Creativity-Practitioner's Handbook', University of Greenwich (Dr. Kanes Rajah, 2007).
