Here it is, the final episode of our 3-part series on body image. And what a journey it has been! To wrap this awesome conversation up, please welcome Carolyn Hansen. Carolyn shares her journey with us and gives a slightly different perspective on the idea of struggle with body image - it's not just weight. We can struggle with things such as our height, the size of our feet or other physical things that aren't what we want them to be. This can be magnified when we compare ourselves to others that we see as prettier or smarter or funnier. She invites us into how this has changed and how healing has presented itself as she has stepped farther into her life and into her later years......bringing wisdom and perspective.
