EM Weekly was stared out as a way to expand my classroom for the EM program that I teach for. With some encouragement from my friend Brian, we decided that we wanted to share these leadership principles with the world of emergency management. Our goal is to bring you quality content every week that impacts emergency management, first responders, and disaster volunteers. EM Weekly seeks out leaders in the industry, and spotlights volunteers in disaster services. This is an inclusive podcast.This introduction to EM Weekly is just that, an introduction to the program. We are building a community of individuals that are here to help each other be the best at our job that we can be. We have a resources page, the book club page, the Volunteer Spotlight, and more.We have brought in experts in communications, technology, leadership, and emergency management. We also have authors and keynote speakers.
