Has our lack of knowledge and understanding of how we arrived at our current situation caused us internalize lies about our lack of character? Do we need to release the burden of the anger, resentment, and pain of the wrongs done or being done- the anger, resentment, and pain that keep us prisoners of the moment and hinder us from moving into the future. Are we prisoners of our guilt and shame? Acknowledge the mistakes of the past. Learn from them. Make amends if you can. Pay it forward if you can’t.
