Billionaire entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist, Sara Blakely's dad had a tradition of asking her and her brother "What did you fail at today?" at the dinner table.  This encouraged the Blakely's spirit of adventure toward success.  I remember a talk she gave to one of our masterminds and the feeling was that she didn't want to ever fail at trying.
