Embrace the Beginner's Mind

What if you approached your life with a Beginner's Mind? What if you could admit to yourself that you don't know anything? A beginner's mind is about approaching life as if it's brand new, even when you've been there before. It's seeing familiar situations, relationships or challenges through a lens of curiosity, not assumption When we allow ourselves to explore with that openness, we make room for new experiences, fresh perspectives and unexpected solutions. In this episode, Priscilla addresses how in order to make big changes in life, we often have to have a beginner's mind. A beginner's mind allows up to get out of the robotic mode and explore new possibilities and opportunities. She also talks about life being an adventure, not a chore.
