Let this breath wash over you, Silencing the noise, calming the storm within. LONG PAUSE And as you continue to breathe, A silence envelops you, Cradling you into a state Where serenity is renewed. LONG PAUSE So, dwell in this quiet, With each inhale and exhale, Feel your thoughts slow down, As tranquility prevails. LONG PAUSE Now, imagine, if you will, A soft, white feather floating down towards you. It lands softly at your feet, Bringing with it purity and peace anew. PAUSE In moments, The feather lifts and touches your toes, Softening your stance, And in a tender sweep, It cools and calms. PAUSE Now, your feet and toes, Sink deeper into rest. Your connection to the earth Is softening, stress-free at best. PAUSE The feather floats gently, Reaching your shins and knees, Where it brushes away tightness, Flowing with an effortless ease. PAUSE Now, feel the feather lightly rest, In the folds of your knees, Easing any discomfort, So they flex with simplicity. PAUSE Slowly, the feather rises, To your thighs, carrying lightness, Infusing them with calm, And reducing any tightness. PAUSE Next, the feather rests Gently upon your hips, Dissolving any heaviness, With its soft, healing tips. PAUSE The feather then dances, Across your abdomen, Spreading stillness and silence, Restoring peace again. PAUSE To your core, this feather brushes, Softening the inner noise, Calming self-doubt and inner turmoil, With a quiet, soothing poise. PAUSE You pause here, Breathing in the softness, The feather’s silent whispers, Comfort your body’s fortress. PAUSE Now to your chest the feather floats, Easing the heart, opening wide, Healing old wounds gently, Allowing peace to reside. PAUSE The feather drifts to your shoulders and neck, Releasing burdens with its touch, So they feel light and free, Unburdened by too much. PAUSE Ascending to your throat, The feather nestles softly, Healing your voice and expressions, With tranquility and modesty. PAUSE Now, your face feels the caress Of the feather’s gentle grace, Softening your gaze, And bringing peace to this space. PAUSE Lastly, the feather rises, To the crown of your head, Spreading its calm far and wide, As you lie in your bed. PAUSE And now, your whole being is like the feather, Light, floating, and bright, Hold this calm, share its silence, Into the day and throughout the night.  PAUSE Sweet dreams, beautiful. 💗💗💗 Check out all the deals from our incredible sponsors here! --> https://womensmeditationnetwork.com/sponsors 💗💗💗 Check out all of our other podcasts at https://womensmeditationnetwork.com Learn more about your ad choices. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
