What began as a small cottage business quickly grew through word-of-mouth referrals.After her husband’s passing in 2009, she committed to running Gold Star full-time, expanding its services and building a highly skilled team. She is certified as a Medical Coder, Medical Office Manager, and Medical Compliance Officer, and is known for her rigorous “Billing Boot Camp” training program, which has resulted in exceptional staff retention. She also travels extensively, teaching billing, coding, and administration for medical associations, hospitals, and physician groups nationwide.
