Embrace Yourself Through the Cold - #432

These are cold days... yet much, much warmer days are coming.  A year ago I made an episode about raising your temperature of life in the cold. Today I talked about being compassionate with myself and loving myself through the cold. I know that the financial freeze I am in is temporary. I was in a bit of an emotional freeze a few years ago, and I am out of that now. Just learning from the journey.
