Embracing Change for Gluten Free Growth | Gluten Free Thoughts

Send us Fan MailA Gluten Free Podcast Episode 152Change is inevitable. Change is hard. Change forces us to adopt new habits and ways of doing things. Change helps us grow. If anything is certain in life, it is that change will occur. It's really the only the only thing we can count on. Nothing stays the same. This couldn't be more true than in our coeliac and gluten free lives. We must come to terms with the fact that our lives change when we have a coeliac disease diagnosis or we go gluten free for another health reason. We will grieve our former lives before we went gluten free. We will miss how we used to be able to socialise, travel and leave the house without planning and preparing so much. Everything changes once we go gluten free. But, does that have to be a bad thing? Well, that's something I've been battling to answer in my own coeliac and gluten free journey lately. That's what we'll be chatting about on today's episode of Gluten Free Thoughts.  What I'll cover:* Recap on last week's episode with Grace Canning, co-founder of Allergy Life Australia  * Grace's acceptance of change and looking at her allergies as an inevitable change in her own life* My own change journey since being diagnosed with coeliac disease and my current frame of mind around change * Looking back on where I was before my coeliac disease diagnosis and my gratefulness around the change in my life of a diagnosis * How we can reframe change to be a positive * Teaser of next week's guest episode LinksSign up to our website!
