"Menopause is a transition in life that the Japanese call the second Spring. It's an opportunity. It's another chapter. Tapp says, that the changes within her body and mind - alarming at times - were also an amazing route to rediscover and understand her body and self acceptance, that she had never experienced like this before.Tapp opened her holistic wellness center STANDWellness in 2013. Driven by the desire to educate her clients on how to eat properly for their respective bodies and conditions, Tapp has been guiding clients for 10 years on how to make informed health choices.
