Embracing Inclusion & Raising Biracial Children with Erica Courdae

Erica Courdae is a DEI consultant who was already embracing inclusivity in her business before making it her career. She is also the mother of 2 bi-racial children and shares some very personal stories of what her children have experienced already in their young lives. As adults we often deal with things we shouldn’t have to, but when it comes to children, I feel very strongly that they should be protected. Our children shouldn’t be called out for their skin color or made to feel inferior by anyone.
