Embracing Messiness and Change: The Pathway to Personal Freedom

All morning I'd been pondering what I wanted to talk about on the podcast this week and what came up was the truth that we must allow ourselves to change, evolve, and continue growing if we are to meet and befriend our True Selves and if we want to walk in freedom, wholeness, and joy.While this may sound simple and obvious, it's brave and hard work. Risky work. In order to grow forward, we must be willing to let go of old versions of Self, old identities, old stories, old patterns that no longer serve us.
