This is amazing media production. When I say recite to yourself, this is just a little something that you can either play on a loop or come back and listen to it when you need to or remember it and recite it to yourself when you need it, but just a little something to keep in your head. Being positive can result in me achieving amazing things in my life. I believe that anything is possible.

I can do hard things. I am determined to keep growing and winning. I am intelligent, resourceful, and resilient. I am worthy of success and wealth.

I choose greatness over fear. I choose greatness over fear. Oof! These are the types of things that I like to put on repeat in my mind.

Things like choosing greatness over fear. Because I have to remind myself of that. Things like the fact that I can do hard things. Because I have to constantly remind myself of that.

So if you need those little reminders, let this be something that you can listen to continuously to remind yourself of all the things that you are, to block out whatever pops in your head to tell you all the things that you're not. So let this be your little reminder to practice positive things and practice positive thinking daily. Positive thinking is not just something that you control in your mind. It's also something that you control with your atmosphere.

What you set up around you. That could be the people, the things you consume, the places you go, and what and who you decide to engage with. All of these things matter. Believe it or not, you can start to develop positive thinking and the muscle that you have for it with your daily interactions.

With your daily to do this. With your daily thoughts. It's just you being aware and mindful of coming from the positive instead of buying into the negative. So you wake up in the morning, you have positive thoughts.

You have themed your mind with positive thoughts. They're not already there. You put them there. You go throughout your day and something happens.

Something that can easily discourage you or make you upset. You actively think to yourself, how can I turn this into a positive? Or you actively look for the positive in the situation. You're going about your day and someone says something to you that rubs you the wrong way.

You take a moment, you breathe in, release it, and think about. Was that positive? If not, do I receive it? If I have to respond, how can I respond in a way that flips what they said to me?

And I know that feels like, how can I do that in the moment, Ayana? Sometimes people catch you off guard and they say things. But guess what? You don't have to immediately respond to everything.

So many of us are uncomfortable with silence, but if someone just said something that rubs you the wrong way, you don't feel is warranted. You have the right to take the moment. You have the right to process it. And if that means that they sit in silence until you do so, so be it.

You can take control and guide the situations that you're in. So that's just another little way that you can embrace positive thinking in your day-to-day. So I know sometimes we hear some of these things and it feels very like, whoa, whoa, whoa, positive thinking. And it's like, okay, I hear you, but that's not the way my life is set up.

Or that's not the way my days are set up. I just want to offer you some little things that let you know that I acknowledge that not everybody's days are set up with ease and void of complexity. But that doesn't mean that we can't use our mindfulness, our good quick minds to determine how we're going to respond to things and how we're going to reframe things for ourselves so that all of our experiences benefit us instead of deplete us. Thank you so much for spending time with me today, and I will speak to you soon.
