Embracing the Unexpected

In today's episode, I shared about the importance of embracing the unexpected in life, especially when answering God's call, whether it's in missions or any other aspect of our journey with Jesus. I recounted my own experiences of planning to set up clinics in Mozambique, only to discover God's unexpected plan of ministering to teenagers. Despite facing challenges and unexpected turns, I learned the value of flexibility, trust, and faith in God's bigger plan. It's crucial to be prepared for the unknown and to remember that God's plans are always better than ours. So, as you step out in faith, be flexible, trust God, and know that He will guide you through any unexpected circumstances. Remember, as Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."  Let Jeremiah 29:11 reassure you: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
