Emergency Contraception—Can It Be More Effective? - Frankly Speaking Ep 357

This EC works by blocking or delaying ovulation. However, if taken after ovulation, there is a higher failure rate. A recent study showed increased efficacy of levonorgestrel when given with a COX-2 inhibitor (NSAID).
