Emily Clemens- Emergency C-Section, Facial Presentation, Ovarian Cysts

Emily Clemens of Kitchener, Ontario joins me on this episode of Moony Birth Stories.  After finding out that she had multiple ovarian cysts, her and her husband expected it would take quite a while to get pregnant so they were pleasantly surprised when it didn't. Emily had a smooth pregnancy and labour started a bit before her due date when her water broke while dining out at a restaurant.  After labouring through the night and next morning, Emily was told that the baby was presenting face-first and a c-section was recommended.  She shares her experience with having a vaginal labour-turned c-section as well as her struggles during the postpartum period.Support the show
