After a scary experience with Hyponatremia - a medical condition caused by drinking too much water - Emily became passionate about teaching athletes the importance of nutrition and is soon releasing her book, The Players’ Plate. She has also built a strong social media following on TikTok and Instagram where she shares her story and everyday life as a student-athlete at Duke.
