Emily McBurnie: Near-death experience and spirituality

from She Will Rise Podcast

Emily shares how her near-death experience as a child ignited her intuition which has guided her on her own unique path of spirituality. She follows her intuition with herself and her students.  She has experienced lifetimes of trauma in her life and shares very openly about her journey with it. Emily has so much to share and is full of life.  Her big energy is inspiring and I felt like I was experiencing her life as she told it.  She is a living example of how you can connect to your purpose, no matter how hard life can get, and in that life will take care of you.  Sometimes those desperate times are when we are raw enough get the clarity we need to move forward. Uncovering past trauma that we bury so deeply because we can't deal with that in the moment, can be healed once we have the tools and support to deal with them. She shares how it creates more compassion in her life. She lives what she teaches and writes very successfully for Elephant Journal.
