In today’s episode, Kate is joined by Emily Weiss, founder of Glossier, to celebrate the launch of her cult-loved brand into Australia and New Zealand, exclusively at MECCA. After leaving a career in fashion to work full-time on her popular beauty blog, Into The Gloss, Emily saw a gap in the market for a brand that had a customer-focused, “Skin First. Makeup Second.” philosophy.
