Emily Wright, Land Uplift, Flips and Serviced Accommodation

from Hustlin With Houses

On this episode with Emily Wright, we go into all things land uplift, flips, and serviced accommodations and why Emily left the York market despite it being one of the major tourist towns in the UK. Emily lived before eproperty. She worked on superyacths, travelling all around the world, going places like the Bahamas, so she needed something to match up with the excitement of that life. She decided to go into property. Emily has serviced accommodations in Yorkshire and is looking to do flips and land uplifts, which is a great strategy I hadn't really thought of. Land uplift... sounds scary, right? However, it's not your typical way to buy land and build. It could be finding someone with a big garden who is maybe looking to sell part of it as it is too big and gaining planning and selling the uplift that way. The very clever strategy Emily has is great! Go follow her on social media.  Instagram : @yachtyinproperty
