Emmanuelle Bryant’s choices in life have been governed by a strong sense of social justice. As a young black woman growing up in a country steeped in cultural tradition like France, Emmanuelle knew that while she was unquestionably French, she also identified as being distinctly different from her compatriots. Following a life changing experience immersed within Australia’s indigenous culture in the Northern Territory this passionately creative woman has made her home on the Gold Coast where she has been studying to become a film maker.
