A behind the scenes discussion on how the products you use in the cockpit are being produced based on human factors. Emmy shares a powerful message. "There’s always passion in what you do. You can’t go through product development without having passion, otherwise you’re creating just a product. You’re not creating this experience and I think that it’s so so key. Heart and soul is put into our product. It’s someone’s passion that has been into the airplane, and I think that’s very very special about where I work."
