Being in ministry for 48 years, Mike is a pastor, author, speaker, corporate trainer, and emotional success coach who has written 2 e-books, “Sanctified Emotions” and “Tapping Into Your Emotional Success Power Now: Skills and Strategies for Being Your Emotional Best.” With his wife Karen of 35 years, Mike co-founded The Optimal Performance Group, a training and development company as well as The Centre for Christian Training and Development: a Christian training company devoted to helping believers to understand the Scriptures in its original context as well as training Christians in Emotional Success skills from a Biblical perspective.He is currently the lead pastor at The Oasis Fellowship in Chino, California.
