Our cumulative life is made up of our day to day interactions and activities. We don't wake up to happiness within 24hrs, we work it out on a daily basis, we unlock levels of peace daily and so our cumulative living depends on it. Emotions are expressions we will not do without daily and they determine the way we respond to both internal and external actions and events and because we relate with people and situations daily the way we relate to them counts and our happiness and stability and peace of mind depend on it and this is the reason we must be intentional about learning to be in control of our emotions daily.
