Feelings can frequently blind us from the truth, prevent us from growing spiritually, and even cause us to harm others with our words and actions. We live in a world that promotes the mantra: "If you feel it then say it, do it and it must be true." But praise God that as born-again believers we have the Holy Spirit as a guide to help navigate our emotions.
