Emotions are like waves that move through us, carrying energy between our mind, body, and soul. They’re not here to hurt us they’re messages. Anger shows what matters to us, sadness teaches us to let go, joy reveals where our energy flows. When we push emotions away, they don’t vanish they get stuck, explode later, or even turn into sickness in the body. That’s why listening is so important. Emotions only become problems when we ignore them. If we pay attention, they guide us and help us grow. Both the good and the difficult ones belong in our story. Emotions are not enemies, but teachers in disguise.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias de Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020/21.
