I am empathic. This means I feel energies which is really helpful in my business. Not so helpful in crowds. I have developed strategies to deal with this. Christmas and the holiday season is one of the hardest times of the year if you are an empath. This season is emotional. I will share my tools for navigating this time of year and how to minimize the challenges of being an empath. I also wish to share a situation when I worried being empathic would suck, but it was exactly the opposite.
