Empathy 101

I thought it only fair to offer a few minutes on my understanding of empathy. I have a mantra that runs through my life, one that I truly believe in; 'it doesn't need to be that difficult'. We often over complicate situations, we wait until we're 100% certain before we act, we see the negative as opposed to the positive. I firmly advocate taking a positive approach and recognising that most things in life don't need to the difficult. Embracing empathy helps every part of our lives.
