Empathy, Being Myself, and Instagram Sucks

This week I've had a good conversation with a number of people - one of them being my sis. I think it was a good milestone regarding my growth as a better person. We all fuck up. I do it more often than not. So here's my podcast for the day - I hope you can take something good from it. It's about being empathetic, being yourself, and knowing that Instagram is just as fake as a fake tan!
