Jennifer Lee is a beautifully rare human that has her law degree and is building equities from within the system, as DEI specialist at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. Our conversation ranges from discussing our own run-ins with workplace psychological abuse, to how Jennifer is banding together with leaders throughout Illinois to ensure there are equitable conversations and resources being routed to all areas and professions throughout Illinois. Jennifer shares that everything begins with empathy - she firmly stands in the belief of restorative and holistic justice - the understanding that everyone is a human, even and especially those that cause harm to other humans.
