'Empire' Editor Joe Leonard

In this episode I have a conversation with editor Joe Leonard who is the lead editor on the show Empire on FOX. He is also a member of my latest challenge group (as well as my edit suite neighbor on Empire), and we discuss what it means to start a challenge group, the health obstacles he faces every day as a high level episodic editor, and how we adapt to become healthier without giving up time with our families.
