In today’s episode I encourage all people leaders and executives to make proactive plans around recourse allocations for changes that will be needed before hand so when the data from a survey is collected you as a leader won’t have to go through the difficult process of explaining to your people why it took months to make changes. Honesty , transparency and being proactive is key!
