After a couple week hiatus due to traveling for the Ultimate Quantum Retreat, Empowered Conversations is BACK and I am Thu the ROOF ExCiTed to speak with my this weeks guest, Sandy Hardin Clemons!!!Sandy Clemons is the original Dummy in the "For Dummies" book series. She met Dan Gookin, the original author and founder of the first book, DOS For Dummies, in the gym. She started dating AND married Dan within the year. Sandy was the test dummy for Dos For Dummies and ended up writing several computer titles that included "The Computer Illustrated Dictionary For Dummies" and so many more. Her famous, still on the market title is, "Parenting For Dummies" which was listed as one of the top selling parenting books in the nation. It has been translated into 34 languages.In 2002 Sandy also started an entertainment company, where she trained actors, models and singers and took them to LA and New York to get signed with Agents and Managers. Her background in acting and a classically trained pianist helped her to understand how hard it was to get into the acting / modeling industry, so she took it upon herself to start a company that taught people the entertainment industry and helped them put the tools together needed to book a job.Sandy is a professional musician, singer, actor, model, photographer, makeup artist and Director AND she teaches people the importance of cancer prevention.
