I am SO Excited for this weeks episode of Empowered Conversations, my Most Fabulous guest, Irene Martens will be sharing her story of sexual harassment in the workplace, a "story" I know all too well, as I have experienced the same... MORE THAN ONCE!!!Irene Martens is a Texas Born Latin ballroom dancer and instructor, and the cofounder of the nonprofit organization, A Dancers Movement To Stop Sexual Abuse.  ADMTSS, is a nonprofit to raise awareness, support and empower victims and educate people about sexual abuse and domestic violence.Irene herself, has experienced sexual harassment in the workplace, sexual objectification, and sexual abuse. Her goal is to bring this topic to the light, to inspire other women to speak up about their story, and ultimately put a stop to sexual abuse!
