Mike is a former professional athlete, who not only overcame the odds and fought his way through many hardships, he made it to the NHL and took home the Stanley Cup! Mike has been a part of championship teams at every level in his 17-year professional career. He has also worked with Team USA to help America’s athletes reach the pinnacle of their sport.

Mike Hartman is a High Performance Mindset Coach who was certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has been Certified in Axiological Profiles, Behaviors DISC & Motivators.

Mike Hartman has developed a success-proven system and applied these concepts of a world class athlete to leaders in midsize businesses and Fortune 500 Companies, as well as Major League Athletes, Weekend Warriors and to the Women’s Olympic Ice Hockey Team.
