Maile is the CEO of INPEACE, a local nonprofit based in Waiʻanae. She talked about the organization's mission, how they provide educational programs to Native Hawaiian communities with ʻohana-focused models, how they develop their team and programs from within the community, and how important that has been to the success of their work.
