Empowering Female Leaders In Real Estate

Last week we packed our bags and headed to New Orleans for the American Land Title Association Annual Conference! During our time there, we attended an incredible speaker panel about empowering female leaders in our industry. According to the National Association of Realtors, 64% of real estate agents are women. The title company, specifically, is comprised of over 70% women! What an amazing opportunity for leadership and personal development within our industry. Use your voice to be brave and talk about your achievements and understand that there can in fact be a harmony between work and life. If you are currently a woman in a leadership position at your office, consider offering mentorship opportunities or plant seeds of inspiration in the younger generation of women in your office. At the end of the day, a leader is not a title you give yourself. It is a title others give to you.
