So I found solace with other social workers of color that they validated my experience with racism and microaggressions in the workplace and shared similar sights."Erica: "Erica: "I'm a big, big proponent of training and coaching incredible students and young social workers to ask for raises, to ask for equitable salaries, to really know their worth, to know what their bottomline is, to really understand the language.
