Upon graduation, she entered a career within the education field for over 20 years. Her passion is children and self-development. Along her journey, she became a certified in child meditation, meditation, angel card reading and past life regressionism. As well, she has attended many conferences and workshops in spiritual development. She speaks at conferences to help adults deal with stress and anxiety in the workplace through meditation. She also teaches individual classes to adults and children in meditation as well as sport and mental preparation.Her passion has become to teach others how to live a more balanced joyful life through meditation, self-development and increasing spiritual awareness.
