Kavita Singh Gilchrist (she/her) is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Racial Equity Partners (REP), a national consulting practice that has helped 30+ organizations build skills and pathways to advance racial equity, diversity and inclusion. Before REP, she spent 20 years designing programs with education and community-based nonprofits, working to help people navigate inequitable systems by shaping inclusive services that benefit all people and positively impact their life outcomes.
