On this episode of the LLC podcast, our host Sharon Siar of Saving Our Sisters talks with Nicolle Ketcham, Sales & Marketing Director of Masterplan, about the many ways that women can help to empower the next generation achieve success. Both Sharon and Nicolle have years of experience working in male dominated industries and offer valuable advice on the importance of mentoring and preparing other women to take the reigns and hopefully avoid some of the missteps and missed opportunities that they have personally experienced in their own careers. One of the most important things that professional women can do now is be a mentor to younger generations! Nicolle Ketcham currently serves as the Sales & Marketing Director for Masterplan, overseeing the national sales and marketing operations. With more than 10 years of executive brand and marketing experience across a range of industries, she brings a deep and diverse understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and client engagement. She received her B.A.s from Texas Tech University in marketing and management. She began her career marketing in the manufacturing industry and eventually led the marketing efforts for a global logistics firm with 36 offices across North America and sales teams located around the world. In 2016, she made the move to join the construction industry and has worked with some of the top Fortune 500 companies in Texas. Nicolle is passionate about supporting her community and works alongside her husband, Chad, on design, marketing, and business strategy for start-ups and small businesses. She is extremely pro-coffee and in her spare time can be found loitering at coffee shops around Dallas-Fort Worth with her husband, Chad.
