The household is resilient when the man and woman co-create a sustainable family with shared responsibilities. This reality is at the center of all realistic economic development endeavors. Belize, the Caribbean nation understands and embraces this reality.In this episode, we will explore the importance of transforming lives and building a resilient economy by empowering women entrepreneurs. Over the past twenty-three years, Dr. Minerva has worked in various capacities in governmental, private, and non-governmental sectors in Belize and the Caribbean starting her career in 2001. In 2016, Dr. Pinelo launched her company Right Insights with a vision to support learning and development through effective content strategy and relevant instructional design. Over the past 7 years, Dr. Pinelo has supported various development projects from design to implementation phases on behalf of international and national development partners through research, community engagement and education. In 2022, along with 2 other women in business, Dr. Pinelo founded the International Network of Women in Business/Network Internacional de Mujeres Emprededoras (NIME).Subscribe!
