This pivotal step marks the turning point in recovery—a conscious act of surrender, where we release control and invite divine care into the chaos of our lives. We explore how this act of surrender aligns with the prophetic promise of Joel 2:28, where God declares, "I will pour out my Spirit on all people." But before the Spirit can be poured out, we must first be emptied—of pride, fear, resentment, and self-will. Only in that sacred emptiness can God fill us with His vision, dreams, and purpose.
