Empty inside 😢

I recorded this episode after I recorded the last one. I’m tired of not living in my truth, most important I’m tired of battling this depression alone. Truth is some days I’m ok some days I’m not today is one of those days where I’m not ok. I’m trying to figure it all out and that’s ok, to anyone battling depression know you’re not alone it’s gets better. I’m wishing us all peace and happiness this is my truth and I’m living in it. Also sorry for the noise in the beginning this is mom life the bathroom is my only private place sometimes so bare with me. Sending love to all ❤️
