Today in our Emuna Weekly class we discuss Emuna is our Future with Pain & Hate transformed to #Joy & #Love filled lives!  Being real with emotions and struggles is challenging and growth orientated! There has been so much pain in the world of recent with all the shootings and with our globalized culture we hear about the pain 10X style! Therefore, we during the 9 days and the rest of the year have an opportunity to have the pain serve us to be more effective and transform as much as possible to Joy!  Gedale Fenster recently mentioned recently the power of Midnight prayers and personal time to help fix much of the judgments that cause so much pain personally and generally! Either way, we must maintain a real healthy emotional outlook and the teachings of the Garden of Emuna Series from Rav Shalom Arush - הרב שלום ארוש can assist us hugely to maintain a life focused on #Emuna! This is at the same time facing the challenges we all have on the inner level to see the good and accept the struggle to live joyfully!  Our prayers are with all the communities going through terrible tragedies and its in our interest to increase the love in the world while battling the hatred!
