EN DIRECT VOL 4
from DJ SHANI Hosted by DJ Shani
Since moving to Austin six years ago, I had always been on the search for a good party. One that promoted togetherness, abundant love, nonstop laughter and most importantly, the boogie! Something that reminded me of Chicago, home. I heard about a local party, "Body Rock" and decided to check it out. The consistency of all that I had looked for, I finally found. You can't imagine my excitement when I was asked to play "Body Rock - A Tribute to Erykah Badu" with my D.A.M.E. sisters (DJ Mahealani & Queen Deelah) just ONE day before flying out to New York to open for Les Nubians! It was pure magic. Here is the first part of the live recording entitled, "EN DIRECT VOL 4". Enjoy.
