En Europa, un grupo de 15 países, encabezado por Dinamarca, reclama a la Comisión Europea fórmulas “innovadoras” para frenar la llegada de migrantes a Europa. Proponen nuevos pactos al estilo de Túnez. Es decir, pagar a un país lejano para que los migrantes no lleguen a suelo europeo. También plantean “explorar” la creación, fuera de territorio comunitario, de centros o campos de concentración para enviar a los solicitantes de asilo rescatados en el mar.
