En el marco de la primera Bienal Internacional de Arte y Ciudad - BOG25 se realizó el Encuentro Ciudades y Culturas en Iberoamérica: Conversaciones desde Bogotás promovido por Santiago Trujillo, secretario de Cultura de Bogotá. Asistieron cerca de 300 personas, entre secretarios de cultura y gestores, para reflexionar sobre el papel de la cultura en un momento en que la democracia y las libertades fundamentales, como la libertad de expresión, están siendo amenazadas por una deriva autoritaria. ¿Cómo puede la cultura evitar la polarización y la fragmentación? Antes del podcast, A Fondo recorrió varias ciudades de América Latina junto a cuatro gestores que participaron en el encuentro, para entender cómo la cultura está actuando como una herramienta clave frente a estos desafíos.
