Encore - An Overview of Marijuana Legalization in New Jersey

Recorded at the East Brunswick Public Library on 03/19/2021. This talk will discuss the history of marijuana legalization in New  Jersey and throughout the country. It will look at the risks and  benefits of using marijuana recreationally and medicinally. Lastly, it  will delve into the lessons learned from other states that have  legalized recreational marijuana before New Jersey.
